The breakfast buffet included a wide variety of options. I especially liked the fresh fruit selection. The apartment included a washer and dryer, convenient after several weeks of travel. The staff promptly answered my questions and were consistently helpful . It was SO charming.

The main pool was quite large , with ample space for swimming and relaxation. I noticed the housekeeping service was very thorough , as the apartment was serviced daily. Porto do Mos Beach was close by , offering easy access and fine views.

The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, I especially appreciated the mimosa selection. The room felt very comfortable, and I liked the L'Occitane skincare products. The wellness area had a calm pool, great, and I liked that the walking path to Ponta da Piedade was directly accessible from the hotel.
The equipment was a bit outdated.

The staff were always ready to help with anything I needed . I found the team lovely, always attentive and willing to assist with requests. Their friendly and helpful attitude greatly enhanced my experience there.

There are two pools available, one is located at the wellness center. I was happy to see this pool offers a calm atmosphere. The hotel has a gym, it provides equipment for workouts.

the staff were excellent that included front desk bar gym and house cleaners
i booked two apartments i was shocked at the state of the apartment sockets were hanging from the wall a badly stained sofa bed was present there were chunks out of the wall and blistered plaster plus paint what looked like mould or water damage i received no compensation

bad odorrude manager
i was really annoyed. the room was supposedly cleaned daily. it smelled really bad after they finished. the odor. i also saw one manager mistreating the staff in front of everyone. it was highly unprofessional and made me uncomfortable.
